Recently got a job and now im an official care bear i guess.hehe. it seems im the incharge of a whole department. the whole admin department. seems they got really high recommendations for me so they jes had to hire me or sumthing. im really grateful for the recommendations but then again doesnt that mean that they would have really high expectations? and this stuff is pretty new to me. makes me wonder if i can meet up to those expectations. they'll assume that ill know more stuff and they'd jes give a few pointers even when they ask me to do something withought going into any detail.
But then again its such a great feeling when everyone is told to listen to me and do everything i say without any complains. and especially when im introduced as the incharge of the whole department. the respect from everyone is quite something. and im grateful for all the ppl here who has been really helpful to me and for those ppl who actually do consider that im new here and tries to explain stuff to me without going "he's the incharge, isnt he supposed to know?". but im fully confident that in a few days time ill do great once i know how the system here works. plus the pay is really good. its for a really good cause and the ppl here are awesome and really friendly. :D

ahh congrats! but u know respect doesnt come with a position..me thinks it has to be gained thru who and what you are..whether ur the office boy or the head..i think we all deserve respect if we do our jobs well.. :)

@shanu:yea, thats how it should be. and im sure everyone would get along so well in such an environment. thats what we need in the offices nowadays.
