FINALLY GOT IT!

After so many complications,arguments and after getting delayed for 8months, yesterday evening i checked my mail to find that i had got the placement from the college. yes, im finally leaving. YAYYY!!! well, i did have to even call them up and complain alot,but still got it. orientation on the 14th of THIS month. so have to leave on the 10th. its only a WEEK later. cant believe it took them this long to confirm. but better late than never right? course will finish by the end of december so not that bad right? And coffee ehves baavvan vaane ennu dho furumuge kurin ;)

Best B'day EVER!

The day started at 00:00 ofcourse and the usual gang consisting of phenol, affey, shan, amdhan, chippalhey , ifu n me(sorry u cudnt be there the rest) were at my place cooking noodles n soup. chief cook being affey(it was great dude). then we went up to the terrace, had a couple of 'king edwards' (boy they cost alot). then sang along as shan did his magic with his guitar. we were up having fun till dawn.

Was jes able to sleep for 4hrs. had to wake up and go buy the rest of the stuff needed for the party. was busy doing this and that the whole day. a very special thanx here to phenol who helped in bringing up all the chairs to the top.

The ppl who went dho....lets see if i can get all the names....Phenol, affey, amdhan, ayya, ifu, shau, sharfa, alson, aiman, shabeen, spongy, shifu, shiuna, her friend, maree, faathun, i-kko, shan, velvy, muawwaz, lycan, whity, shweeet, fish, maa, huxein, indo and ofcourse suzy(mustnt forget her eh?) hehe. hope i got everyone there. and those few who said they wud come but didnt....screw u! we had so much fun and u missed out on so much. TOTALLy ur loss :p Blll.

After filling our stomachs the fun started with shan and his guitar. everyone made a huge circle and we were singing our arses off with songs that came as total surprises to most ppl. and later when the crowd started slowly diminishing and it was left with phenol, affey, amdhan, ifu, sharfa, alson, aiman, shabeen, spongy, shifu, i-kko, shan, velvy and maa(ok ok. maybe not diminish diminish)....we started DANCING. lol. phenol dropped in with this amazingly hilarious and dancy(???) song King wendu's "MAPEPE". awesome song. you should check it out on you-tube and u can have an idea how the dance wouldve been like. jes like in the video. affey and phenol started it up and in a few minutes everyone was dancing like crazy. then we danced to "Kalinka", "the ketchup song" and ofcourse the famous dancing steps song "decibal"(the one we always danced to) hehe. and afterwards we played a couple of games, there were more music and again some more dancing. at the end it was time for the presents.

as you can see from the pic, i got FOUR of the items in the list i made. well.....two is visible. the third one is a surprise. hehehe. lol.

And my fav present from my friends(ull get what i meant by that later on near the end) goes to i-kko.
she bought me an awesome wallet along with a cadbury caramello(i told u NOT to get it :p). with a lovely card and when i opened the wallet there it was, a nokia battery for my phone. it was awesome. thank you thank you everyone. By the end of it all, right before i cut the cake i realised, that day had made the best day of my life. the best and the most fun get together EVER, and the best birthday ever.

when it finally came to the cake well....affey made sure i had loads of it on my face and hair. heheh. and there were lots of licking the cake off my face. yep it happened even if it was for a pic. the cake was sooooo goooooood. MMMMMMMMMMM. it had better. it cost like Rf400.

and heres the most interesting part. ive now covered THREE of the items on the list...the trio cake, the wallet and the battery. when it was all over at 01:00 we all cleaned up the terrace and when i went downstairs mom gave me this huge present from mom n dad n my lil bro. i opened it up and there was this cardboard box of an acer. yeeess yeeessss. u'd better believe it. i got a fucking LAPTOP. ACER,Aspire 4715Z, Intel Pentium dual core processor, 14.1” Acer Crystalbrite LCD, 1GB DDR2, 120GB HDD. YAHHOOOOO!!! i actually stood there frozen jes couldnt believe it. opened up the box and it really was there. and all my friends were going "we hate you arra" heheh. i chased my mom and gave her a HUGE hug. went over to dad and well......he was sleeping. his loss. he missed out on an awesome hug. im sure all the ppl i hugged last night would agree to that. *whistle whistle*. It was already the best day of my life and then.....(silence)......i got a LAPTOP! It was the last thing i expected to get. i mean i already had a laptop. yea, it was getting old but still it was really good. and then i get ANOTHER laptop. didnt know what i did to deserve it but i got it. bwahaha. so once again quoted from shan "dude, screw those who didnt show up. they dont have what a laptop has. nothing NEAR to it. plus this was the best fricking party and get together". well said shan.

it wasnt over yet. then we went off cycling and jes chatted away and had more fun till 04:30. thats when we decided to call it a night and went home.....yea i cudnt wake up to go to office on time. was an hr and a half late. come on. i slept at 05:30. and hu's fault is that right? heheh. so neways, once again a big 'thank you' to everyone who came to the party and everyone who wished me. it surely made my day. and in the end i guess i could cut off FIVE from the list. Numbers 1, 4, 7, 8 and 27. i even got to cutt of 27. didnt think that would ever happen. but it did. and dont even start with the cutting sentimental stuff for materialistic ones. it was a fucking laptop. ofcourse i'd happily cut that off. :)

Birthday gift list

My birthday is right around the corner(friday 25th april) and inspired by Nadhoo i too decided to make this list of the stuff that i want right now.

8)A Nokia leaf phone battery (mine now holds charge for 4-6hrs)

10)An African grey parrot (my mom let the one I caught go)

15)An acoustic guitar (nothing fancy)

22)Plasma lamp (An orb when connected to a circuit will show those threads of electricity/whatever coming out of what looks like a bulb. Those threads will touch the orb and when a finger is placed on the orb all the threads focus on that point)
23)Need a new casing for my laptop

25)Bonsai plant (those small plants that look like a HUGE tree has been shrunk)

Relationships that came with unforeseen attachments

The following are a few stories that ive come across that’s happened right here in the Maldives, all of which had happened after a couple broke off their relationship.

1)After breaking up the girl gets called a whore, prostitute(u name it). She gets harassed on the road, all the pics the guy had of her gets uploaded on the net and the guy make sure that the girl’s reputation changes to what we Maldivians call a ‘badi’ and someone who’ll sleep with jes any guy. Sometimes the breakup is followed by a huge slap on the face or even a beating up.

2)A girl cheats on her bf and later break up. The guy finds out about it, gets a couple of his friends and invites her over. She then gets raped and videotaped. There definitely was a lighter involved in the rape (ill leave this part to ur imagination) Dunno what happened to the guy whom she had cheated with. I don’t think he was let off that easy.

3)After a breakup the guy decides that if he cant have her, no one else will. That he would make her look unattractive to other guys. So he decided to re-decorate her face with a razor/cutter/whatever. If I heard right the guy made sure that she got the medical treatment afterwards……along with a lot of scars on her face

4)A breakup happens where a girl cheats on his bf again. They breakup and during ramazan she gets kidnapped and tied up in a friend’s house(the house was empty). He invites his friends over and they all do her over n over again. She then gets a hair cut, and a pube cut with a razor/trimmer/whatever. She DID get a drink to break her fast alright. But it wasn’t with something she had in mind. They kept her there for the whole night and later let her go.

5)A girl who was at the time in ameeniyya had sex with a married guy. She then later told the wife about it which created a huge problem to the marriage as expected. So the guy gets his friends, tied her up to a branch of a tree and videotaped her to ruin her reputation(but obviously everyone felt sorry for the girl due to the stupidest resolve a guy could come up with to ruin a girl’s reputation)

6)After a breakup the girl started dating some guy. The X-bf found out about it and made sure the guy got a vacation for a month at IGMH.

7)this one doesnt involve cheating(i didnt know it did). the guy wanted to breakup with the gf. so he decided he might as well as have sex with her one last time. but when he went over he took a video cam with him and left it on the table recording the sex that they had. but he made sure he turned off the lights upto the point where everyone watching would be sure that they were having sex but not sure who the ppl were. and heres the tricky part. after the sex the guy leaves and he calls her on her mobile. so she TURNED ON the lights and continued the conv still naked ofcourse. BUSTED! then he comes back and takes his video camera away and jes deletes the scenes he wanted deleting and jes let the video loose. (so im guessing that she mustve done SOMETHING wrong for him to go to all that trouble right?)

8)And theres also something ive always wanted to do. came close to doing it too. changed my mind about a week before the set date. aaaahh. that wouldve been fun. heheh. (but lets keep that in for now)

9)so heres a story.this girl cheats on this guy .the guy finds this out
he dosent break up with her right then .he sneaks into her room when shes not home
cut all her cloths in strategic places ,destroy everythin in her room
sends a clear message their broken up. now thats a mature way to break up XD lol

10)Then we have the boyfriends and husbands who find out about the cheating and pretend nothing ever happened and try to sustain the relationships which results in more cheating and with many other diff ppl. I personally call these guys ‘the girl’s bitch’.

11)We’ve also got the ‘unmanly’ kinds who doesn’t do any yelling, hitting or anything even near to whats described above. These guys are made out to be the losers or the ppl who are a bore to their X’s. more like the pathetic fools who needs to grow up. And believe me, if the guy doesn’t hate the girl for the breakup then it turns out that apparently something is very wrong with the guy.

Im sure you guys mustve heard some other stories as well.(pls share if u don’t think this post is sick, even if it’s the truth). Such manly guys we’ve got here. Makes it seem as if being in a relationship is a dangerous thing.. …or maybe a breakup or cheating is a bad thing. Some would consider guys to be heartless and jerks while others would think that the girl’s are the ones who got themselves into those situations. Whatever the case…..these are our fellow Maldivians. So much has changed. And in no where a good way I must say.

Not this again, its been weeks now

Look ppl. it may be a fake or it may be really a miracle. why do you care THAT much about it. its been weeks now. get over that. ok ok. lets say its a miracle and the leaves made it on their own. soo.....? dusnt it jes show something which you already know(all those ppl who believe in god ofcourse who still go all shocked abt it)?. when u act this way doesnt it show jes how little you actually believe in god and that you were acting up the rest all these years? (most of us are that way anyway). we encounter so many stuff ike this all over the world. we all see it, increase our faith a bit and in a few days forget about it all and go back to living our lives the way we had been before we saw the 'miracle'. thats jes how it is.

i mean seriously, vats wrong with these ppl. im sure most of you others mustve faced the same problem. at the end of last year on nov 29th i started getting filth filled anonymous comments on a post i wrote in july- 'Liyunee and Liyaa'. Not to mention a comment on the shout box which jes stated "anonymous coward: you suck u suck u suck". alteast she admitted she was a coward.hehe. and some other times to which i dont remember now. and again to a very recent post of last month "Top 5....having second doubts but still....here goes" most of you wouldve seen the post. and heres what the new anonymous coward had to say.


ANONYMOUS: Ugh! You make me sick! Your previous posts speak of volumes of how you like your women. religious and submissive.

Its for ur own good :p and the funny bit i noticed is, most of these anonymous ppl wait till the post is over a month old or in my case one post which was like five months old, and when they are sure no one else except the blogger will be seeing the stuff he writes, thats when they start doing it.

If i have somehow hurt you or anything of that sort, i have no idea what ur talking abt. so jes tell me abt it. it might even be a whole misunderstanding. but if you've chosen to skip that part and start hating me for whatever reason unknown that is, you can go screw urself for all i care. i'd feel better if i dont know you from that point on.

Bulhaa's Hamster 'OLLIE'

I was shocked to hear the news. how could ollie. it was so innocent and cute. but now.....how could he do it. have a brain and some kinda decency. there are better ways to do it. but noooo! u jes couldnt help it could you? and then u bulhaa. u let it happen? u jes stood by and let it happen? tsk tsk tsk. a part of you actually wanted to see what would happen didnt you? *raises eyebrow* and even AFTER it happened you actually put ollie in the same situation AGAIN? you thought it would be different that time? "effulhan mathin fummaali hamster aneh fulhan mathinves fummaalaaneyey" (@clors: its a maldivian saying which indicates that a person who has done something....usually bad....would tend to do it again....more like would definitely do it again). and that was the case with ollie. tsk tsk. bulhaaaa!

And thanx to clOr im following his footsteps by making a statement saying that those who would give a generous bribe would be told everything that happened in this hot and soooo very interesting story. believe me when i say the info is worth it. ;) and in FULL detail.
