God i feel sick :(

Got a fever, bleeding nose, swollen tonsil, coughing like hell, body pain, headache, and my eyes are really red. it didnt get any better even after 3days. so finally went to the doc and now i have to eat all this medicine with antibiotics. 5 medicines per day. damn. and the hospitals here are fricking expensive. it cost me like MRF250 for the one appointment and another MRF500 for the medicines. but looking on the bright side, i feel alot better today....apart from the continuous coughing which made me stay awake all of last night. i can even taste blood when i cough. damn.

something interesting happened at the hospital. the doc checks my blood pressure. it was normal which shocked her. then she checked my heartbeat. she was shocked again. so she checked again. it seems that i have a missed heartbeat. seems the beating isnt the same. once every three beats or so my heart stops and skips a beat. it like doesnt beat when it should be and starts continuing after pausing for a bit. she said it was due to either too much coffee(no i dont drink THAT much coffee) or if ive exercised for days or weeks and just stopped. hmmmm. maybe thats why. atleast she said it was nothing to worry about so alls good.

im going to the cinemas today. gonna watch rambo and jumper. lets see how they are. watched 'across the universe' last night and god that was so good. it was awesome. the beatles songs in it were great. superb. hehe. do watch it all u beatles fans. and even if u rnt one just watch it. u'll become a fan after u do. ;)

btw, im still saving the 'Fraser's hill' post for a bit later. the trip was out of this world i tell you......not counting the travelling and the continuous walking. hehe

Just a passing thought

a thought that passed. thinking back and seeing all those friends and relatives of mine who were all so innocent back then. ppl whom u never thought would take that wrong a turns. then u look at the present day and see the whole lot of them drinking, sleeping around behind their partners, using weed, using drugs and so much more.

yea, even back then i knew that there would be ppl who would do these things but it hits u when u find out that its the most unexpecting of ppl that u knew. and it makes that huge impact when they all are honest abt it with u. when they have a need to tell someone and that someone turns out to be u. sometimes u wish that u were never that someone who had to hold on to all those dark secrets. cos it makes u lose faith in the ppl around you. and it makes it hard to accept their doings with a smile on ur face when u are hanging around with them. but so far its going well. so amen to that.

This sux! oh well, atleast im still alive and the world hasnt ended yet. :) now to make the best of the time left here. we cooked tonight. it was a guy cook fest. first we made beef steaks. when we tasted em it was jes too damn good. me and affey looked at each other as we tasted it and it was instant chemistry. we both knew what the other was thinking. within a few minutes the beef steak plate was empty. lol. it was that damn good. so ended up cooking fried rice, chicken steak and chicken stew. hehe. had to eat em all too.

Biggest Maldivian Misconception

Whats the biggest maldivian misconception? in my view, its the word 'foah' that most of us use quite often.
For example:
"Thilhaa foah!"
"Egolaa foakah condom lavvaidheynves jehunee ma"
Etc etc that u dont wanna hear.
So what does the word 'foah' actually mean?
It means the guy's penis right?
WRONG!!
Penis is "soo", "heesi" etc
The word "foah" means the balls. yep!
U can see the resemblance from the word "foah" we use for the "foah" we eat and its resemblance to the balls.
So learn what it means already and stop referring to the penis as "foah" for god's sake. :)

RockStorm

Boy that was a sight last night. emme rockstorm vefa. lol. mainly 15yr olds with fake earrings and piercing. T-shirts with the words "Jesus is a cunt" and coiling up their small beards to make it look as if a huge spike was coming out of their chin. even the walks were different. gave a look which screamed out "dont i look HIP? Dont i look....COOL?" . and dont get me started on the women. As if they smelled of sex and cheap cologne with marks on their necks which screamed "i am urs". but i must say...there were some very ehrm ehrms in the area.

Everybody has to wear black??? anything goes as long as its black? everytime i heard that made me remember what a friend of mine said abt it. "We have to pay fuckin 66bucks AND dress to their liking? Vats up with that? waht is this...a wedding and we are the relatives? :S"

Oh well, met some ppl later on and the feedback wasnt so good it seems. but some of the music were really good o.oh well. each one to their own liking i suppose.
